Job Title: Principal, Senior Financial Advisor

Designations: CPA, PFS

Office: Wausau
Phone: 715.845.3111

Focus: Financial Planning, Family Office, Private Foundations

As a Principal and Senior Financial Advisor with Wipfli Hewins, as well as a certified public accountant (CPA), Amy Libertoski realizes that a client’s prosperity goals can be multi-dimensional. Whether they have dreams of college, retirement, giving back to their communities or transferring their wealth, Amy understands that reducing her clients’ overall tax burden can have a significant impact on their investment choices.

Amy specializes in family-based planning, retirement planning and personal financial planning. Her specialties are backed by over 20 years of experience working with individuals on issues that range from investing an inheritance to how to fund and operate a private family foundation.

"Really knowing and serving my clients and their families well is what drives me. It’s professional and personal attention, all in one. Of course, I’m committed to excellence in our business relationship — prompt calls and call returns, anticipating needs and regular reviews. That commitment extends to excellence in all aspects of our relationship — their financial lives, their professional lives, their community involvement and their families."

- Amy L. Libertoski

Amy aims to simplify her clients’ financial lives and set a foundation to act today while planning for tomorrow. This can mean different things for a young family compared to a widow or retired entrepreneur, but Amy is always seeking to enrich both their wealth and confidence in their long-term goals. Amy’s strong, individual tax and compliance background, as well as her expertise with nonprofits, has provided a diverse know-how for a variety of clients with specific financial planning needs and opportunities.

"My work involves a lot of education, but it feels good to have clients come to me to learn about their options before they make a decision. I want them to know that I care.”

Amy continues her work with community groups and nonprofits away from the office, as well. She serves as a board member for The Humane Society of Marathon County, and is a past board member for The Women’s Community, Inc. Amy is also the Treasurer of her local Rotary Club. In her spare time, Amy enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and three children.
