Prior to joining Hewins Financial in 2008, Karl Schwartz worked as a tax accountant for Wipfli LLP for nearly four years. With a firm grasp on taxation and wealth management solutions, and working as a Senior Associate Consultant with Hewins, Karl broadened his professional skill-set to include financial planning and investment strategies. He focuses on individuals seeking financial advisory services and he uses the substantial resources and tools available to him through the Hewins' network to enhance his expertise and advice.

Karl understands the sensitivity that is sometimes attached to the discussion of money. He credits his young adult work experiences as one of the primary causes for his heightened awareness. "I started working when I was 14, and haven't stopped since. In every job I've ever had, I dedicated myself to doing what mattered, whether working during summers in high school, or while putting myself through college. Every step was important."

Karl understands that each unique client brings a similar dedication to growing their wealth and enriching their lives. Karl dedicates most of his time at Hewins to guiding prospective and current clients through the Visual Interactive Experience (VIP™*) experience, which is a sophisticated software program that allows the client to actually see how different decisions, goals and motivations can effect financial outcomes.
